Stamping
Stamping Parts Production Lines
As a one-stop shop and supplier for all machining services, we have invested in a stamping factory with high-speed presses, mechanical presses, and pneumatic presses ranging from 3T to 110T, including one dual-spindle 110-ton pneumatic stamping machine, to offer our clients a variety of stamping production services such as deep drawing, blanking, bending, etc.
Furthermore, we are also capable of NCT automatic punching, laser cutting, laser welding services to extend our stamping production line capabilities.
What is a Stamping Part?
A stamping part is made by a stamping mold that forms the metal into shape by blanking, piercing, drawing, bending, and embossing. Both single-stage stamping molds and progressive stamping molds can produce the required metal form via every stroke of the press.
A single-stage stamping mold, featuring a simple structure and lower cost, is generally designed and built for a single stamping operation.
A progressive stamping mold features a set of dies for various stamping operations in a row, where a metal strip moves through one stage per punch. However, a progressive stamping mold is more expensive than a single-stage one and is usually recommended for high-throughput products or complex workpieces. Contact our team for a project review, and our engineers will check and advise in detail.
Stamping-Deep Drawing
Deep drawing is a sheet metal forming process of stamping in which the sheet metal is radially drawn into forming dies by the continuous mechanical action of several punches. It is thus a shape transformation process with material retention. The process is called "deep" drawing when the depth of the drawn part exceeds its diameter.
Stamping-Blanking
A shearing cutting process of stamping, featured by a punch and a die to define the hole profile on metal sheet.
Stamping-Bending
To produce V-shape, U-shape, or channel shape along a straight axis in ductile materials, most commonly metal sheet.
