Order
To get your Order prepared, you can follow below instructions:
- To send your Purchase Order via email.
- A Proforma Invoice sent back for your Order confirmation and payment arrangement.
- Once payment received, we are to arrange your Order into our production lines.
- Once order are completed, we will arrange the delivery accordingly.
An example of Purchase Order as below:
A standard Purchase Order is including below informations:
1.) Buyer's contact/delivery information
2.) Terms of payment
3.) Invoicing information
4.) Purchase item descriptions, including specs, quantity, unit price, due date, etc.
5.) Additional information
Payment
We accept wire transfer(T/T), Payoneer and Paypal, prefer in US Dollars.
Packaging
For regular project, we offer standard industrial packaging service:
- workpieces wrapped with plastic bag
- fill the carton with enough fillings
- seal the carton
- use packing belts if necessary
For delivery with large volume or heavy weight, pallet or container packing service are both available. Additional charge could be required and informed in advance. Should you have similar inquiry, pls send us your requirement for our arrangement.
Shipping
We can basically arrange most of well-known shipment service for workpiece delivery. There are mainly two kinds of service:
1.) Courier Express Service:
Usually arrive within 2-4 business days, suitable for samples or low weight goods.
- FedEx
- DHL
- UPS
- TNT
- EMS (within 3-7 business days)
2.) Air / Sea Freight Service:
7-35 business days to arrive destination port, suitable for bulk production order.
