Plastic injection molding, to produce parts by injection material into the mold, is one of the most commonly used manufacturing process for the fabrication of plastic components which are widely used in various commercial, industrial and laboratory applications.
An injection molding machine, a mold and plastic resin raw material are required in the injection molding process. Plastic resin raw material melted by heater, then mixed and injected into the mold where it cools and solidifies into the completed part.

Our injection molding production lines are capable of parts Maximum weight under 1,000 grams on the 500 tonage injection machine. Maximum parts dimensions can be up to 600 x 600 x 250mm.
If parts weight lower than 70 grams and dimensions smaller than 80 x 80 x 20mm are more suitable for our high-speed injection molding machine for better and cost-effiectively production.
